Slaapfabriek is in an interesting and peaceful rural location in Teuge. The Teuge Airport, close by, is for light propeller-driven aircraft. The occasional take off and landing is not intrusive at all and only adds extra interest. There is an interesting American theme to the decor, reflecting the owners' family connections to the US. The hostess, Marjo, was very hospitable and kind. My room was large, very comfortable and spotless. There was a large ensuite bath as well as a shower. The wifi was strong and glitch-free. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty. Slaapfabriek was a great place for me to relax and recharge my batteries after a long road trip from Northern Finland. I would be very happy to stay here next time I am in the Netherlands.

We loved the rustic feel of the house, and it was nice and spacious, well-equipped with all the basics you might need in a kitchen or bathroom. As an extra bonus, the family had chicken who would come an greet us every morning on the door and really helped you to get that rural feeling of the Netherland. The surrounding village is also absolutely adorable with all its cute farm houses and their animals. We were able to pet many goats and horses on our morning walk.

The location of this beautiful estate farm, next to Kasteel Vosbergen, in Heerde is exceptional. The owners have been amazing, cultured, professional, hospitable. We bonded quickly and I have the impression that we will meet again. If not in Heerde, then elsewhere in The Netherlands or even Macedonia, if the owners drive down here with their camper to spend some holidays with us. The stay in this very well renovated historical farm was excellent. We slept like babies. The room and shared dining room were clean, comfortable, and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was lovely, and included fresh boiled eggs from the farm's chickens! Strongly recommended!

Beautiful place, very cosy and feels like being in someones home, lovely host - amazingly well equipped kitchen so I could make all my food as when I am home. Private entrance, and patio with outdoor furniture, car parked behind a fence right at the property.
