What a pleasure to be warmly welcomed by Naomi. That's the perfect place to have rest at countryside very near Amsterdam and a lot of points of interest. So quiet at night. And on morning, a fabulous fresh cooking bread smell wakes you ! A really great moment to spend there. Good to know, Naomi can prepare dinner, but unfortunatelly we hadn't occasion to taste her kitchen.

Very unique property in a beautiful city. Each room is unique and we loved the vaulted ceiling and wooden beams in our room. A Labour of love for the owner whose mother used to run a dance studio on the premises. Each room has a record player along with a selection of vinyl. Parking nearby in a park house is heavily subsidized.

Woooow, what can i tell about this place!! it was spectacular amazing place. first, i was not aware that this place was a bunker and military fortress for the first work war and when we knew it was so exciting !! the place is spectacular and so unique.. the spa was the best i visited so far.

We were treated by a lovely receptionist who helped us check in. She asked if we needed any restaurant recommendations or anything at all! The room is very spacious and clean, and the room complimentary items were fantastic (good coffee machine). The aircon was definitely welcomed! Water jet bath was great! The location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in Alkmaar, a beautiful town!
