The owners were exceptionally nice and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were superb, comfortable, warm, and breakfast was lovely. the room was very well designed, very pretty and super clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the little street the hotel is at was very quiet (during the week that was). The room had a little box with funny faces to make fotos with. Super fun and was good for a real good laugh. The personal note in the room was felt special and showed dedication and appreciation for the guests. Well done for an outstanding Customer Experience.

We stayed in the Kathedraal room which was super cool. Loved the Mary mural on the wall above the bed and the super nice bath tub. The gas fireplace was also wonderful.

    - The internet is very spotty - Fan is barely making a light breeze - The window doesn’t open and is secured by some DIY piece of wood - it doesn’t really soundproof well against the street with busy cars and busses outside - Hand towels provided, no bath towels, when asked I was told no other towels are available, nothing I’ve ever seen before in two decades of travelling! Absurd. - Loud music played downstairs in a pub until late - Really narrow and small beds - not a regular single size bed (from the perspective of an average height and bodyweight woman)

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Miriam who came to help with our communication in English since my Dutch speaking is not yet good. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend "Herberg de Zwaan" for anyone visiting Hedel. Note that the bus stop on line 166 from/to Den Bosch train station is right in front of the hotel. A shopping center at a walking distance with JUMBO in few meters at the corner.

    Good location. Just 15 minutes from 's-Hertogenbosch by bus (line 166). The hotel is 20m from the bus stop in Hegel. Check-in is easy, very helpful and kind staff. The hotel room and the facilities are ideal for a short 1 night stay. Very good restaurant on the ground floor with tasty meals, good beer and nice service. Very good cost/benefit ratio.
