The whole decor was just so peaceful. Super clean, the whole room smelled amazing and the design was minimal but cozy in the best way; warm lights, natural wood, soft colors, everything just felt really well thought out. Honestly felt like a little wellness retreat.

The room was spacious, mattress and pillows very comfortable… restaurants and service amazing! They offer me gluten free bread for breakfast which was really good and not easy to find in hotels , thank you to the people on the breakfast section !!! Staff in general very friendly and helpful.

The location was blissfully quiet despite being in a little street. Parking was in a dedicated car park. Our welcome was warm and genuine. The food (breakfast and dinner) was absolutely delicious as were the wines we sampled and enjoyed.

The boutique hotel is a truly special place—exceptionally beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere. Aimée and Ron, the hosts, have transformed the old farmhouse from the early 19th century into a top-class haven of comfort. The blend of traditional farmhouse charm and modern design has been executed incredibly well. Their concept of using local materials like limestone and repurposing building materials has been a great success. The three suites—just recently completed—are outstanding in terms of architecture and interior design. The quality of the furniture, lighting, and bathrooms is very high. With great attention to detail in every furnishing and floor covering, they have truly created something extraordinary. We felt at home right away. In the evening, we shared a glass of wine with the two of them and felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel is just a little over 10 minutes by car from the center of Maastricht, making everything easily accessible. The surrounding area also features some very nice restaurants, some with wonderful views of Maastricht from the hills. Parking right in front of the hotel or at the public parking lot just 100 meters away is no problem. There is also a charging station for electric cars on the lot. We wholeheartedly wish Aimée, Ron, and their family—with their two daughters, two dogs, and two horses—all the best and much success with their project. We’ll gladly come back.

Everything!! Super clean room, bed is super comfy, bed sheets and blankets are spotless and well ironed. We can't get over!!! Excellent! Toilet is seperate from the shower (fine). Modern! Breakfast in LA Place was good as well, enough choices Car park is free. Concierge is very helpful in checking in, checking out went smooth! Everything went absolutely perfect!! I will highlyrecommendthis hotel. By the way it's next to the airport, window view is the runway. Just close the window so you can't hear the noise.

    Incredibly quaint hotel room in refurbished housing. Family owned/ran. Great location with walking distance to a lovely cafe as recommended by the owner. The room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was lovely and even accompanied by live piano music by one of the owners/workers. Felt extra secure as a solo female traveler.

    We loved everything about this property. It was a great location in the quaint town of Klimmen. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to sleep comfortably. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend. We will be back!

    Family who owns the hotel is extremely friendly and nice. The hotel is made of the old farm house which makes it unique and charming. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Location is also perfect- 10 min by car to Valkenburg and 15 to Maastricht.
