We loved the place - especially the mini-gold, the sandy lakeside with chairs and the restaurant. Beautiful place to stay on the way back to Oslo. There is even a steam train nearby.

My Norwegian husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Guest House in the Garden. It was comfortable and functional. It was also quite accessible, with ample parking. The view to the garden from the small multi functional dining table was very relaxing. We were also welcome to use the outdoor garden facilities. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was amazing! Breakfast was really good, a lot of options to choose. The staff were really pleasant and a whole stay was great!
