We stayed in Asker because it is close to Oslo, not really for Asker itself. Asker for me was only a sentimental place, I used to live and work there in 1988-89, so we spent half a day walking around and visiting the places I used to know 33 years before (some of them changed much, so they wer unrecognizable to me).
