Lovely service to serve us some dinner after we arrived after the kitchen was closed. Rooms are cozy as well. Breakfast were also very good here. Good starting point for some nice tours.

We stopped here on a drive from Oslo to Ulsteinvik on the coast. The location is perfect to break your journey and the town is charming. The rooms were fabulous — Scandinavian chique — and the kids loved the upper loft area where they slept. The hotel staff was fantastic and were super accommodating. We arrived late and called in advance asking if we could still eat in their award winning restaurant. While we couldn’t have the standard 5 course menu, they kept aside main course and dessert for us. The meal was the best we had in the trip and the service and hospitality was outstanding!

The breakfast was very good, fresh, tasty and more than enough. Sisel the host is a warm pleasant woman, really hospitable, who created a beautiful aesthetic place. it was a pleasure to stay there and be her guests. Also the way to get there was so beautiful, and the place itself is situated in amazing views.
