We had a lovely stay in this property. It is the top two floors of a house with its own private entrance. We visited in February, so there was lots of snow, but we were nice and warm inside, we didn’t need to light the log burner. The property appears to have been recently refurbished and it is in excellent condition. Communication with the owner was excellent and any queries responded to quickly. The location is great, it’s a short walk into the centre of Tromsø - bear in mind the city is built on a hill, so it is downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back, but you can get the bus or drive in easily. This property was perfect for our family of 5, we used the downstairs double and the children used the two upstairs rooms

Great location just minutes' walk from the centre of the city and also great spot to view the Aurora in dark areas outside the hotel. Polite, hospitable and helpful staff, who gave the hotel a homely feeling! Use of the communal kitchen helped us eat healthily and save money for other activities! Check-in and check-out so easy! Highly recommended, as it exceeded our expectations!
