The location is perfect. Spa is an extra benefit. We had dinner at the restaurant. Viktoriia provided an excellent service. Big thanks to the chef for a fantastic presentation and delicious food.

Absolutely wonderful! A spacious house with an amazing view, a kitchen with everything you need and just a great place for a vacation. The only downside was, that we didn't book more nights there. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay with view on the fjord. Very tasty breakfast. Confortable beds. As big plus was for us small fridge on the corridor. Amazing view in front of hotel on fjord with benches. Location +++. Room clean, renovated, comfortable bed. Would give 11 out of 10. Would love to return in few years again.

The view from the window is absolutely incredible! The reception was so warm and friendly — we truly felt welcome. Every request was handled with kindness and care.     I loved the view most of all. And the spa, pool, kids play room, squash, bar and our room with a bathtub. It was so amazing. And just walking around in the hotel itself is like walking in a museum or a palace. There are so many paintings, and beautiful areas to see. Plus the history of Edvard Grieg and this hotel is so amazing! I recommend trying the ciders and the fruit from this location too. Its so nice! I just love being there and am definitely coming back soon.

    We booked two rooms and got them close to each other, as requested. Rooms were in good condition and not as outdated as we expected based on some reviews. Mini fridge in the room was convenient. Interestingly, there were a lot of places in hotel's common area where a large group could seat together. They were always empty. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. There are great views from the restaurant’s windows. Possibility to charge EV was convenient.

    We were quite pleased with this hotel. The room has its own bathroom, kitchen available (although it could really be better equipped!), very nice area with view on the Fjord and a garden with some relaxing spots. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is equipped also with a sauna which we used.

    Beautifully located with a view over the fjord. Many great hikes are accessible by public transport if you get up early enough to catch the morning bus just leaving at the road below the hotel. Breakfast was very good! Nicely maintained facilities to cook in the evening.
