The personnel is friendly and helpful. The view outside of our second-/third-story window is great and we were woken by the morning sun rising in the east. Very well appointed apartment with pool table, darts and cinema room to entertain us all. The hot tub was sadly out of action but the owners didn't hesitate to offer a discount. The apartment is about a 20 minutes from the centre of Bergen Comfortable beds, very handy to have washing facilities with 2 teenage kids, and the owners couldn't do enough to help us. A very enjoyable stay.
