The hotel is stunningly situated. The suites at the hotel are beautiful with lots of local and historical details. The lounge area with large windows facing the valley is great for chilling out with a local beer in the evening. We only had a short stay but we’re spoilt for choice on the number of hikes from the hotel- they were all well sign posted and we got good advice from reception. Breakfast was in the lovely historic dining room and used local produce. The whole place is very friendly and full of character. Can’t wait to go back!

Cabin was new and clean. We had two dogs with us, and there were walking paths just behind it. Services were good in the area. Very good location near Jotunheimen national park!

A lovely little place to stay with excellent access to some great walks. Significantly better fitted out than we expected.
