Not a lot of tourists spend time in Nuwakot, while the area is well worth visiting. This hotel seems to cater to businesses and NGOs. Room was cozy, spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best part is the garden with river views, where you can enjoy the breakfast and the food of the excellent restaurant.

Nice hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was also delicious and served in good quantity. People were very welcoming and they even helped us to book a bus ! I would recommend staying here if you come to the area.

I really enjoyed the calm and peaceful environment at Hotel Monalisa. The natural views from the balcony and windows were stunning and made the stay even more relaxing.
