Service was amazing!! The host was very welcoming and even had bacon and eggs, water, milk, and coffee stocked up for us for our weekend stay. It had an amazing view of the beach, and if you get up early enough, you can watch the sun rise like we did 😁

Initially, I was skeptical about booking this establishment due to mixed reviews. However, my stay in room 58 in the round building exceeded expectations. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and quiet. The guest laundry facility is a bonus. Overall, I would gladly return given the opportunity.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Crown Hotel. The room size was great and the location was excellent as it was close to many of the restaurants along the wharf. The fact that it was a 7-8 min drive from central Napier really did not matter at all.

Beautifully presented accommodation with stunning views of the ocean. Friendly host who added the extra special and totally unexpected selection of first day continental breakfast supplies and snacks which we barely used as were had come well prepared, but the thought was very much appreciated.

    The views are awesome, the hosts gave space which we appreciate however were super friendly and helpful! There was wine, chocolates and homemade bread provided which was really nice of them. We will definitely be back.
