The location was great, not huge but big enough for what we needed, nice, tidy and clean, slides were offered to wear, plenty of towels and comfy warm beds. Easy self check in and out, Great communication from the owner.

Photos do not do this justice, was so pleasantly surprised as very comfortable, clean and as a woman traveling alone I felt secure and very much at home. Safe quiet area only 5 minutes drive to Frankton, large shower, great bed, perfect space, highly recommend.

Totally the hospitality was incredible. Receptionists were really nice. Very close to ZQN airport - only 1 stop from airport by bus. It cost only $2.00 with BEE card. I didn't need to grab a taxi. Very easy access. The hotel was located next to Remarkable Shopping Mall. Walking distance from both airport and shopping mall for me. There were a variety of restaurants and cafes in the mall. Super market (New World) was nearby. To CBD of Queenstown, you can reach by #1 city bus. Takes 30 minutes bus ride. Very quiet to sleep at night.

beautiful designed room even had a beautiful balcony overlooking snowy mountain peaks and Gondola. loved it generous rooms with beautiful furnishings. small luxury hotel of the world. amazing breakfast even that was exquisite with fresh compote fruits and yogurts fresh breads jams and croissants daily. coffee drinks and juices downstairs daily free happy hour. “this hotel” do yourself a favour and stay here. right next to Queenstown Botanical gardens, easy stroll down through gardens and down to the waterfront bars and bistros. hardly need a car. we managed to get an on site park every time. the staff are gracious and kind can’t do enough for you. beautiful hotel great find. we stayed at the Hilton also and it’s the next best thing. love love love. oh our suite had a balcony and jet / spa bath.

Everything was great! The only thing I found strange was to pay the capuccino with almond milk (it was available the coffe long black from the machine) but I don't like that coffee and I am allergic to the cow's milk that was available. But it's not a big issue.
