This is a great hotel and really good value. It was much better than I was expecting. Lovely staff, really clean, nice big room with extra bed for our child. It even has a swimming pool! Buffet breakfast and lunch were good and it’s right next to a big mall and hypermarket, and a water park for kids. Only 10 mins in the car from the main tourist sites of Nizwa Fort and Souq. All in all, a fab stay!

Nice stay We had a great time in manazil inn, the place is being refurbished whilst maintaining the old character but provides modern needs. The room is spacious and cozy, very beautifully decorated. Location is very convenient and staff are helpful.

Perfect location in the historical Center of Nizwa. Very helpful staff — а beautiful girl from Togo and the host itself. Super clean. WC and Shower is cleaned with special good detergents like in Europe. Clean kitchen and good working A/C. We exchanged numbers with the host and his assistant from Togo but a couple of days later my IPhone got damaged by salty water and I lost their contacts. So I hope they will read this review and write me on what’s up please :)

Perfect stay! The location couldn’t be any better! You’re 30 seconds walk from the Fort and only a couple of minutes from soul and the goat market. The hotel is right next to a restaurant with amazing breakfast and dinner, we ate there all our meals, we loved it so much. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the view of the Fort makes you feel like in a fairytale. But the most amazing thing about our stay was the staff. We were not the easiest guests, to say the least. We arrived at the night, announced 3am but ended up only arriving at 5am. They waited for us with kindness and smiles ! Then my husband twisted his ankle and the hotel staff showed up at our door with creams, bandages and ice. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. If we could, we would give the 11 out of 10!

Very cute hotel, right in town centre. Very comfortable and perfect for our one night in Nizwa. The only thing they have to improve is the breakfast. Other than that, everything was perfect!

    A whole day around Nizwa is worth it.It will be better if you'll go with friends or family or in a group so it will be cheaper to do adventure like hiking and roaming around cities.Transporation in Nizwa, also Muscat is quite pricey so maybe renting a car is another option. There are buses but if you're in a hurry and has short timings, then don't do it because traveling time is too long. People here are amazing, this little village is full of people at night.The locals are very approachable and accommodating to your questions.

    Beautifull city, really breathtaking to see the streets with all the old architecture. Loved to see the ford. On friday it is quitte busy. Beautifull view at the mountains, really great spot for hiking!

    The culture, the pride, the heritage and the progress in...

    The culture, the pride, the heritage and the progress in showcasing the very best of this special place through its souk, its fort, its mosque but mostly its people. Some great places to stay and to eat. REally changed n last couple of years. And if you ever tired or Nizwa, there is so much to do in the area. Allow enough time!

    Nizwa was so historic and beautiful.

    Nizwa was so historic and beautiful. To enter the fort through the ticket price was 5 riyals which is 13 usd. I didn’t think it would cost that much. But Oman in general is not cheap. It isn’t expensive either. The souq was really cool and my favorite part was that the merchants didn’t yell at you to come into their stores. They were super chill. I have been to a lot of souqs and the merchants are always trying to get you to buy things and they are always yelling and stuff but the merchants here weren’t doing that which was super cool and made browsing through the souk more enjoyable.

    Nizwa is a cute little city!

    Nizwa is a cute little city! We only explored the area near the Fort where we stayed. I would recommend a visit here. The Fort is beautiful and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Souq from the area around the Fort. We were visiting during the National Holiday in November, so it was interesting to experience the culture and their celebrations!

    Very nice town, I loved these narrow streets, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants with rooftops. Good museums and markets. We liked museum Oman across the ages, it is located outside the town, but it is worth to visit it. We hadn’t time but next time I would love to visit a lot of beautiful places around the city (nature).

    The hotel is several kilometers away from the historic part of Nizwa, which did not bother us, because it was mainly about overnight stay. We planned to visit the monuments of Nizwa for the next day. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, so you use the offer of a nearby coffee shop. As for the room, it is large, equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge and air conditioning. The hotel staff is helpful and nice.

    Charming and clean hotel 3 mins walk from Nizwa fort and souk. Design was a stunning tribute to the local architecture, with all the modern comforts (great A/C, many charging ports, modern bathroom, hairdryer, toiletries and coffee) very thoughtfully supplied. The attention to every detail here was incredible. Great dining options and a supermarket nearby too.

    Absolutely loved it. Stayed in the family room. Very comfortable beds, the building and area was in historic Nizwa and the vibes were immaculate. The English speaking teen/young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind and gave us advice on where to go for an authentic Omani dinner which so happened to also be where I had the best mojito.

    This hotel has a great location in downtown Nizwa and near to the Fort. Facilities are basic so don't expect a fully fitted bathroom and/or stocked mini-bars and bathrobes. Rooms are adequate but bathroom was small and shower an issue as it's right between the toilet and the tiny sink.
