This is how you run a hotel. From the very first moment you feel welcome, appreciated and at home. The staff was great. You feel they are happy to work there and happy to have you as a guest. Little shout out to wonderful Nayeli at the reception desk, she is a gem. Everything in the hotel, the area, the pool, the restaurants, is neat and organized and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing, a big variety, including nice Panamanian food! After a few other Marriott hotels in Panama, this felt like a different league. We had an amazing time here. This will be our #1 choice hotel when we ever return to Panama .

Felt very open plan and relaxed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. LOVED the outdoor area with a beautiful pool - wish we were staying for more than one night as it had a lovely family atmosphere.

Very nice place to stay! Owners contacted me right after my booking. Met me in the middle of the night. The house is very neat and cozy. There is a kitchen where you can make some food, also there is free tea and coffee. Very quiet in the night. In the morning the hotel employee escorted me to the bus stop. I loved the organization of this hotel; everything was synchronized. The area was extremely beautiful, with lots to see and do. I've been to Panama before on a stopover, but this was the best experience. Excellent service, the shuttle was very organized and personalized. The staff thanked everyone for being so kind.
