The staff were so lovely, they really made us feel at home. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is really comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great!! Location is fantastic, close to the centre but far enough away to not be too noisy. The double glazing on the windows was exceptional, very quiet room and we were facing the street.

Everything. The staff was so kind. You could ask everything to them. Athenas in the bar and Sarita at the reception were so nice and friendly! Also the food is the best I have eaten in Cusco. The laundry service is really cheap and you get your clothes back quickly!

Lovely hotel in Cusco. We stayed here before our 5 day trek to Machu Picchu and again afterwards. The hotel stored our belongings during the trek which was helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious - so much choice! It’s a short taxi to the main square with shops and restaurants. Recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Afma Cusco! The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hot shower was perfect after long days of exploring, one of the best I’ve had in Peru. The room was very comfortable, quiet and even had heating, which is a huge plus in Cusco. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet in a calm and peaceful area. The breakfasts were fresh and generous, a great way to start the day. A special mention to Gjeis at the front desk, super friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, tranquility and genuine hospitality in the heart of Cusco!
