We loved our stay! Exceeded all expectations + amazing value for money. All of the guides (Joaquin, Antonio & Marcelo) were superb + very attentive to everyone's needs. Loved the opportunity to spend time with the local students — a very special experience. Facilities also great and had everything we needed as "jungle first timers". Great location for anyone who wants to be surrounded by nature - there were some monkeys living at the lodge and plenty of other wildlife to see around the reserve. The rooms were comfortable and the food was much better than expected. If you struggle dealing with insects and/or high heat and humidity this is probably not for you. Note there is limited internet access with some availability at a nearby animal rescue centre. For most people I would recommend a 2 or 3 night stay. I was ready to rejoin civilisation after the third night, mostly due to the heat and limited facilities.

A really lovely, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature, with all the little whooping, scratching, hooting critters that abound. Nicholas, the host, was so helpful in sorting us out with various things, including day trips. It is quite a way from town so organise your food and drinks before you arrive, and don't be fooled by the distance on the map - the real distance is further as you bounce around swerving round potholes. Some taxis might not make the journey depending on the season. Here be dragons....

Very easy access and very friendly for early arrivals that you could checkin immediately and start your venture to the jungle as soon as possible. We had wonderful two days there that everything was beyond my expectations. The suite with balcony to river views were superb, very comfortable and I could stay there all day. The staffs there were friendly and welcoming. The inclusive activities were well organised and interesting! I would love to comeback.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff are really kind and helpful, and they helped me arrange my tours in the area and helped with transport. It is also possible to buy great lunch and dinner here for a good price. The location is absolutely beautiful.

Enai is located in the forest, on the shore of the Madre de Dios River, 15 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. Enai has a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and garden.
