*Hotel Review: HCC Abbottabad* *Rating: 5/5* I recently stayed at HCC Abbottabad on July 21-22, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality and services provided. Here's my experience: - *Booking and Confirmation*: I booked a room on July 21 at around 11 pm and received a confirmation call at midnight, which was prompt and efficient. - *Assistance on Arrival*: Due to a vehicle tyre burst on the way, I called the reception for help, and they sent a car without any delay. This was particularly impressive considering the heavy rain and late hour (around 4 am). - *Hospitality and Cleanliness*: The hotel staff showed extra respect and responsibility, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, scoring 10/10. *Recommendations:* 1. *Excellent Customer Service*: HCC Abbottabad's staff demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, responding promptly to needs and providing assistance in a timely manner. 2. *Efficient Problem-Solving*: The hotel's ability to send a car to assist with the vehicle issue was impressive, showcasing their problem-solving capabilities. 3. *Cleanliness and Maintenance*: The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards are high, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. *Overall Experience*: I highly recommend HCC Abbottabad for its excellent hospitality, efficient services, and cleanliness.     What I liked about the city:

    What I liked about the city: The natural beauty of the area was truly impressive, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The weather was cool and pleasant, making it a joy to be outdoors. The local food was delicious and full of authentic flavor. What I found just okay: The people were generally polite and helpful, though interactions were more practical than warm. Prices were fair — not too high, but not particularly affordable either. What I didn’t like about the city: The city suffers from poor planning. The streets are often very narrow, making it difficult to get around. There don’t seem to be formal building rules, so houses are built without leaving proper space around them, which makes areas feel cramped. Most concerning of all, there are open drainage ditches running along many streets — some so wide and deep that they could be dangerous, especially for children.

    Very clean and relaxing place.

    Very clean and relaxing place. Shimla, chair lift and harnoi I liked the most. Regret to miss many more places there. Good scenes there Good foods there Good shopping areas there Good hospitality there Planning to go there again in my next vacation inshallah

    I am personally not a fan of Abbottabad.

    I am personally not a fan of Abbottabad. The roads are bad and congested. The traffic is god awful. There is literally nothing you can do here. Just use Abbottabad as a rest stop and move along to better places.
