Fantastic location with views over forest and nearby castle. Amazing breakfast in a cosy environment and huge variety. Every room has a balcony overlooking trees. Easy access to all facilities. Comfortable cot bed for our baby and very huge, comfortable double bed for us. Our dog was happy and welcomed here. Rooms have lots of design features and are decorated in modern, tasteful way. We loved our stay here!

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

    The staff was friendly and efficient.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

    The amenities are excellent.

    The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

    We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The hotel staff were exceptional. We took the train from Krakow Old Town to the airport and walked to the hotel, took about 15 minutes with luggage, in the rain. When we arrived we were chastised for not calling and arranging a collection! Fantastic staff! Our 4am delivery to the airport went off without a hitch. Our room was absolutely perfect. Minimal noise, well appointed for a family of 4.

    I really liked that the hotel is very close to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. The venue is absolutely perfect for weddings — beautiful surroundings and great spots for taking photos. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay, and everything was exceptionally clean.

    We travel a lot via Krakow airport and this hotel is ideal for it. Staff are lovely and very helpful, breakfast is excellent and rooms very clean and comfortable. Also trains to the centre of Krakow are very regular from the airport train station which is a 5 minute walk.

    Very convenient location when plane lands at midnight and I didnt want to travel into Krakow that late. Free shuttle from the airport to hotel. Easy and quick to check in. Didn't hear any noise from the room even though it was very close to the airport
