It is a motel for travelers. The shared kitchen is well equipped if you will have opportunity to use it. When we stayed the motel was full of construction workers. We arrived just 30 min before them and we're able to use the kitchen and the dining room. After that it was full of men who stayed till late drinking. Our room, very unfortunately, was next to the kitchen. The shower and toilet was clean. They except pets. The checking instructions were clear. It self checking. There a lot of parking. And the grocery shop is in the same building.

The owner, Anna, is both friendly and helpful. On one occasion, she made us some sandwiches a bit later on the day (Sunday), as we'd missed our breakfast time, having attended a wedding reception (Saturday), and before we checked out of the B&B (Monday morning), she'd made us some sandwiches - at 10pm-ish Sunday night - for our journey (we set off before 7am), and she'd left them in a fridge for us. Much appreciated. Thank you. The 4-person room we got was stylish and spacious, divided into two parts: one part with 2 single beds, and the other part with a double bed - just as we'd wanted/needed. Oh, and we also had a balcony 👍! Very useful indeed. OVERALL: Great value for money. If we're ever in the Łuków area again, we'll definitely stay at Gościnna Prowansja again! Highly recommended.
