It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday cake – such a lovely touch! Excellent five star hotel right in the centre of the old town, next door to Czartoryski museum housing Da Vinci's "Lady with an Ermine". Spacious room, good spa facilities but the highlight was hotel's breakfast - absolutely fabulous food. Be sure to order a'la carte (it's included in the price). Eggs Benedict and the waffles were great. This is something you expect from a good hotel: not just a bland old continental buffet but a proper chef at work in the morning. Well done.

Wow. Really nice hotel. Huge hotel room that was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was also good. Free parking. So, everything was awesome for us and would definitely stay there again.
