There was NO HEAT on and NO HOT WATER. We did contact the reception right away. But there was no action or no help to get. We did only stay there for 1 night instaed of prepaid 2 nights. Poor and no service at all.

The palace was unique. As we made our way there on our first visit to Poland we weren't sure what we would find, but the moment the gates opened we were just delighted. The garden was so so pretty, and the moat with secret staircases and little gates, and flowers everywhere. Inside, the thick walls and grand stone staircase were striking. Every corner had things to look at. Each bedroom had its own feel. The gardens were lovely to stroll through, and included a flock of runner ducks, mallards, peacocks and two donkeys. Breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had a perfect dinner in the nearby town at Tradycja | Restauracja Po Polsku. I'm so happy we stayed here on our way from Leipzig to Krakow. Thank you Ana and family.
