It’s a brand new property so all facilities are very modern. Rooms are incredibly spacious and beds so comfortable- excellent quality. Breakfast buffet with a great variety of options. Staff incredibly pleasant. Please note there is no 24/7 reception and check in has to be completed before 9 pm- we have completely missed this information although it was indeed provided on the booking confirmation email. The team were extremely helpful though and organized for someone to still let us in despite us arriving past 10 pm.

New superior rooms equipped with aircon units are perfect for the summer; it tends to get a bit hot in the building in June through to August. Loved the newly upgraded 3rd floor. Beds are so comfortable I slept 8-9 hours a night. The new showers are excellent (no basket or shelf to put your own cosmetics on though). Bathrooms in the superior rooms have new, better hairdryers. Excellent breakfasts & pizzas.

    Our main reason for choosing Jelenia Góra was the parkrun which takes place in Park Norweski - the team there was very welcoming. We also enjoyed visiting Chojnik Castle and Perla Zachodu restaurant. Once we'd worked out how to use the buses they were very efficient and economical.

    Beautiful place to visit, loads of things to do with kids.

    Beautiful place to visit, loads of things to do with kids. Loads of history in the town. We didn't get to see it all so we're booked for next year again. Tip for travelling learn a few polish phrases as we struggled with the language barrier

    Cosy green vibrant town, beautiful old buildings, lovely old town area, many good restaurants and cafes, really good shopping possibilities, amazing views to the Krkonose mountains. The town is not too huge, it is easy to come around by car, there are good paths for the pedestrians.

    Jelenia góra is full of Character, the buildings are dated and well built.a completely safe area to visit,the locals go out there way to welcome visitors and there's always something interesting to do or see,plenty of restaurants, bars,eateries to suit every taste,all reasonably priced, jelenia góra is a gem.

    This city is the capital city of the district, which in itself has less relevant attractions. We traveled great distances every day to places within a radius of about 75 km from her. The old town is nice but not something you don't see in many other cities in Poland. And certainly not the most attractive. We really enjoyed our accommodation which was very pleasant and comfortable, we enjoyed the best and cheap restaurants in the city. But beyond that we would probably choose to spend the night somewhere else, most likely in the city of Karpacz.

    Jelenia goes is a nice small city.

    Jelenia goes is a nice small city. If you want a nice quiet place to spend time with your spouse and or family it is perfect. Swim at the city pool. Go to see time gates it's a crazy history lesson that is fun. Walk in the old town and enjoy reasonably priced meals, drinks, and deserts. Biking and hiking trails and parks nearby. We speak English and German. It was not as easy to get by as the bigger cities but way less money. Probably not a good place to come party. I didn't see many clubs. Shops close about 8 pm

    We lived Jelenia Góra and this little apartment was in a perfect location right next to a lovely park with avenues, ponds, a river and places to eat. Parking was off road. The apartment itself was small and looking a bit tired, but it wasn’t expensive and it was spotlessly clean. There are kitchen facilities downstairs if needed and a kettle in the room for our morning coffee. It was good enough and would stay again.

    All as advertised and as pictures. Situated in village close to Jelena Gora - you can get to Jelena Gora by bus or need car. Clean. Safe parking on property. Friendly host, good communication, gave lots of info. Tip: If you book with ( Continental!) breakfast, you may fully use kitchen facilities for preparing your own meals ( if not, you pay a fee for use ). Good for a short stayover!
