Overall, I liked everything. The room was clean, cozy, modern, good ambient, with plenty of extras, great 55'' TV, hotter then expected (in December), automatic presence lights, automatic curtains, good dryer, good shower. The breakfast was great with a good time range. The location was also good with tram/bus quite close, easy to get to the old city and also to the airport (don't waste money - just pickup the bus 300 and buy ticket inside with credit card for 4 zlotys / ~1€)

Breakfast was excellent. There were many options from which we could choose. The location of the hotel is great, it is not far from the center and especially it was in a quiet, beautiful place near the park. The room was also great, we definitely recommend it and if we ever come to Krakow again, we will gladly return to this hotel.

Everything was great! The interior, the location, the staff and the breakfast. Super clean, comfortable and such courteous and accommodating staff. Beautiful decorated in art deco style with luxurious feeling. The location peaceful and short walking distance to everything. So close to the river and the walking lane along. There is a tramp station under construction just 1 minute walk so it’s easy to take public transportation around in the city. 3 minutes walk to the tramp (nr1) station that takes you to Grzegórski station and from there directly to the airport. Last but not least; the breakfast buffet! Wow! Such variety of savory and sweet. You are also able to order eggs and bacon à la minute which they prepared so skillfully according to your preferences.

    Very nice city to visit.

    Very nice city to visit. We stayed in an apartment at around 10 minutes walking from the city center and nearby Stary Kleparz Market. Large market place is very huge and has a lot of bars and restaurants which are all nice but of course pricing there is a bit higher then when you go for a 'smaller' bar / restaurant in the streets. Try the local food, it's delicious. You will see that most of the people go for a Zapiekanka which is an open-faced sandwich, typically something for Poland an is very nice. You'll find a shop (Carrefour, Zabka, ...) on nearly every corner of every street.

    It feels like the city is more focused on making money than on providing real value to visitors. Ex: Most products have one price on the shelf and a different price at the checkout. Of course, sellers offer explanations - but they come across as clumsy, sometimes even dismissive of the customer's intelligence, as if they're reciting a memorized script on autopilot (you need a fidelity card to get that price, you need to buy at least 6 or 12 pieces of that product to get that price, you were supposed to know that the price on the third shelf indicates the price of the product on the first shelf, while the price on the first shelf indicates the price of the product on the fourth shelf - of course, in the next corridor.). Or parking just outside the central area, but still close to it, is unreasonably expensive - yet the local police (we saw at least two local police squads in a single day) is "hunting" those who hadn't pay for parking ticket or had paid, but returned to their car just a few minutes late... What the museums offer seems overrated, and visiting a single complex requires too many tickets - it's as if almost every room of the building needs a separate ticket. List could continue... Outside the central area, Krakow looks like an unfinished city, with many areas either under construction or giving the impression of being in great need of improvement. Of course, the historical fame of the central area could make up for that. Traditional food in the central area was underwhelming, especially in so-called 'authentic' restaurants, where dishes looked and tasted as if it had been bought from the supermarket and simply boiled (my personal opinion is that it actually was). You might have a better culinary experience exploring non-Polish cuisine. People are nice and friendly and you feel safe.

    Lovely city, delicious dishes to try, many things to visit, I especially loved the dragon statue who spits fire, low prices, many attractions nearby, well connected, historical center that looks like a fairy tail, plus it's a place very walk-friendly, one of that cities where even if you decide to explore by foot, it's perfectly doable because it's not too big unlike huge metropolis where that cannot be done like for example London or Tokyo.

    Auschwitz trip was interesting and moving. River tour at night was great. Lots of places to visit- churches, Wawel castle, walks down by the river, Salt mines and the square. We ate at Sioux restaurant which is fantastic good value for money/big portions. The polish restaurants are a must too. Very easy to walk around Krakow. Lots of bakeries too.

    What I liked about Krakow were the green spaces, the historic buildings, and the clean and peaceful environment. What I didn’t like was the attitude of some people — I noticed discrimination, unkindness towards foreigners, and a sense of being ignored. I originally thought Polish people would be very friendly.

    Loved the city and especially the Planty park.

    Loved the city and especially the Planty park. Great bookshops and bought a lot of pottery. It was our second time in the city so we didn't do any of the big tourist attractions this time. Bunkier museum and the design museum were very well curated.

    This was by far one of the best places we've stayed. It's proximity to the centre of Old Town Kraków is perfect and allowed us to reach the main square within 4mins walk. There's a tram stop within 100m that will take you anywhere else you like in the city. Our host Anna went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. We really really enjoyed our time in the city and this apartment added to the experience. It has everything you may need.

    We absolutely loved staying here the hotel is exceptional. Very modern, free hot drinks in reception is a great gesture. We booked the suite and it was incredible. Floor to ceiling windows in both rooms and an amazing bath tub. It’s a short tram from the centre or an even quicker Uber, so staying a little further from the old town makes no difference. Would highly recommend and will be back when visiting Krakow again.

    Location is great for all of Krakow attractions many are walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the old town main square and it's restaurants. Very near main train station and trams.
