Good location. Great interaction and information from Fabio the owner.of the house. Always giving us help amd advice while on the island. Even made reservations for us in local restaurants. Good wifi in house and I would highly recommend to stay here.

Far, far away from everthing is perfect stay, and still progressing. The host was very kind and helpful, and we felt genuinely welcome. Overall, it’s a cozy, well-equipped, and nature-immersed stay, which we would gladly recommend to anyone looking for peace and authenticity on Flores Island. You can fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of roosters, birds, and cats, which made the experience feel very close to nature. Nice and cosy place, nicely decorated and wellcoming. It had all the things one might need while travelling and more, even water bottles, shopping bag, umbrellas… Location is in the most stunning area of the island.

    The village is small and on Sundays there’s only two...

    The village is small and on Sundays there’s only two restaurants open (low season). Weather is unpredictable and not so warm (18°C). Our host Ricardo recommends coming here in September when it’s still warm and the sea is about 25°C. We saw a lot of trekkers everywhere. On Flores you definitely would need a car. Close to the village iate a couple of stunning waterfalls.

    Island is just amazing, lots of scenic views and full of waterfalls. People in Flores are the kindest I've met in my travels and food's quality is what you would expect from a typical Portuguese village.
