Very well kept and thoughtful apartment. Super clean, modern and spacious with all of the facilities you need. Great to have an oven and washing machine, lounge, little dinning table. The host is super helpful and friendly! Loved this place and was the best stay of our two months of travels through Europe so far. Great value for money!!

Nice Apartment within 5 min walk to the beach. About 15 min walk to the Trainstation (20 min by train to Center of Lisbon and about 25 min to Cascais) the Apartment building does not look inviting, but the staircases is clean and people are friendly. Across the street you have a bakery, on the corner a small shop and a bit further a small supermarket. You also find a few small Restaurants. Parking is street parking, but hard to find on the weekend. We would come back.

The apartment is beautiful. Lovely water views, great facilities, and location close to beaches, transport, and restaurants. There are so many windows to see the view and let in the sea air (there is no air con). Very modern furnishings and finishes. We stayed 2 weeks and still did not manage to sample all the restaurants. It is easy to get to Lisbon by train(20 mins) and taxi. Cascais is also accessible by train. The managers were very responsive and helpful when we discovered an issue with a wardrobe door.

    Paco de Arcos was a short 20 minute ride from the airport...

    Paco de Arcos was a short 20 minute ride from the airport and just outside the city center. It is a quaint town, quiet and had great restaurants, lovely people and easy access to both train transit and beaches. You can walk all the way to Lisbon along the waterfront with many beaches and landmarks. We did a day trip to Cascais via the train and were completely at ease for our entire stay. Our best outing was a day trip to visit many of the Knight's Templar historical sites with a local guide who was a history buff and shared much of his knowledge with us.

    Paço de Arcos is the perfect midpoint between Lisbon city...

    Paço de Arcos is the perfect midpoint between Lisbon city and the coastline beaches that stretch eastwards to Cascais. Recommended if you want to retreat to be somewhere a little quieter that is walking distance to a variety of beaches. It's very easy to get to/from Paço de Arcos with the train from Cais do Sodre, although check the timetable as the trains run every 15-20 minutes. O Pastus restaurant in the Paço de Arcos Garden is excellent for modern a modern presentation of Portuguese seafood dishes, with great cocktails as well.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment and the beautiful view of the ocean. It is very well equipped with everything you need and close to the station in a quiet neigbourhood. Frederico was very kind and accommodating with all our requests - it was the perfect place to end our three week road trip of beautiful Portugal with its wonderful people

    The place has a special atmosphere that you would hardly find in new hotels. Beautiful garden with a swimming pool directly accessible from your bedroom. You can see the ships passing by on their way to the open sea. A little renovation would be nice and it is obviously planned however for us it is more than good enough.

    The hotel was very nice. It is a private house with several rooms for guests, a very comfortable kitchen, dining room, lounge, and patio where you can relax. The room is comfortable, spacious, and has a large veranda. It is all clean and comfortable. There exists one, but it's merely a parking area.

    Really great view of the water. AC worked great. The neighborhood was fantastic and very local. The train was very close and was an easy ride into Lisbon. It was great for our family at half the cost of central Lisbon.

    We wanted a mixed tour and beach holiday, and we got it. It was nearly 10 min walk to the beach and about 20 min by taxi to the Lisboa city centre. Taxi cost about 11-12€. It's perfect location.
