Truly luxury hotel atmosphere. Inpeccable service Good location, 10min walk to city center (uphill on return walk). Ocean view room had all the aneminities one could expect. Everything was great: the room was spacious with a view to the pool and ocean, breakfast included a glass of the sparkling wine which was a great start of the day :) Hotel has several pools (indoor/outdoor), gym.

We had a lovely time - everyone was super nice, the side view to the ocean was gorgeous, and the food was good as well. The hotel is 15 min by Uber/Bolt from Funchal center, but there was also a free shuttle bus.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice. Amazing breakfast, perfect with the rooftop pool and bar with very nice views of Funchal and the ocean. Also great with the Spa. I had a big and comfortable room with a kitchenette.

The staff, especially Olena, went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Although I hadn’t booked my tour in advance, she managed to arrange a car with a very knowledgeable driver for the entire day. Francisco from the restaurant was also incredibly helpful and kind. The massage was amazing,and last but not least,the manager was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best time possible. The property is situated 20 minutes from downtown, offering a serene and peaceful environment. While this may pose a challenge for guests without a car, taxis are readily available at all hours.
