Very kind people! We were paddling down the river on inflatable kayak, and the owner of the house kindly agreed to give us a ride up to the property and down to the river in the morning and even gave us fresh tomatos from their garden for our journey! The breakfast was tasty with fresh croissants from the nearby store. The family is very welcoming, and the house has a very good location with stunning views. Much recommended!

This hotel is brand new building with comfortable furnitures, great view on Douro area landscapes and big and clean rooms. The owner is very polite, positive and helpful. The hotel serves delicious breakfests, with great homemade sweets, fruits, cheese and much more. There is also possibility to leave the car in closed private area near building. I highly recomend this location if you want to visit Douro region and also arrive to Porto by car.
