Location is amazing and having the breakfast on the terrace outside with such a view is something unique. Appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all staff and especially of Erica (front desk) on the flexibility with our reservation. Dinner is on the high end in terms of quality and appearance - local products at the level of fine dining. Appreciate the wine tasting offered to guest and the dedication of staff to explain the different wine grapes and types. Advise to try the LBV port produced in loco!

My family loved this place, peacefull quite very relaxing, a rural vibe super confortable. The staff is so thoughtfull and welcoming , from the first smile to the goodbye everyone was super nice to me and my family. Love to come back anytime.

    Only slight dislike was the precipitous access road. On the positive side the views of the Douro valley are superb. No need to eat outside the guest house as catering proved excellent. Really a walking and site seeing location with an excellent Quinta or port house nearby..
