Most importantly, an absolutely amazing view over the fortified church and citadel, as well as the green gentle wooded hills surrounding Biertan. Hosts and staff super friendly and helpful. Huge room, traditional style decoration, clean modern bathroom. The large, high ceiling room stayed cool in the hot weather. Staff were very helpful and friendly - e.g. they found a place for us to store our bikes overnight, made us packed lunches and arranged for our bags to be sent to our next stop. Dinner and breakfast were 5 min walk away at their restaurant - nice food choice. Inside the restaurant is in a castle decor style!

Can't say enough praise for this place - beautiful home and garden, thoughtfully designed with cool details like a piano and a sofa overloking the garden, all the ammenities we could wish for, if we weren't doing Via Transilvanica, we would have wanted to stay longer for sure! The owner connected us to a local family where we could eat dinner and breakfast and that was extremely helpful. Really easy check-in, very communicative host. The big bottle of water in the room was such a nice touch as well, given that in most places in this region it's not recommended to drink tap water. If given opportunity I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to my friends and family

Everything. Franco the owner is absolutely wonderful. He makes the stay like being at home. The property has everything you need and is located in a wonderful traditional village about 15 min drive from Sighisoara. We loved staying outside the main town and in a beautiful quiet place. It is possible to go for walks and bike rides if you are interested. Would most certainly stay again.

The accommodation was surprisingly good for a pension. Modern, well equipped, design room + bathroom. Breakfast was also good. It was a positive surprise.
