I came one hour earlier (9 a.m.) and it was not a problem for the hotel to change my arrival time. Man who answered me by phone talked English (French and Italian) - I was surprised of his education and kindness. I spent very good time at the hotel from the beginning till the end. We had an unplanned stay in Suceava for one night, and this apartment was one of the few available options which did not require payment by cash. It turned out great. It was cozy and clean, the design was thought out. It was prepared for us at a short notice. There is a bus stop and some supermarkets nearby.
