I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

The staff was awesome and welcoming, I liked the free airport shuttle for pick up and drop off which is always on time. Their breakfast is very good and it is a buffet with various options. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms were very clean with the comfortable bed and the garden was also good. Their restaurant works 24/7, you can order anytime. I would recommend this hotel and my next time in Kigali, I will probably stay here.
