Hospitality of the staff! The concern of all the staff to make our stay comfortable was excellent. In particular, when we had a problem with the Uber we had booked after check-out not showing up, they called him and made all sorts of arrangements. We were able to catch the bus safely. I regret that I did not ask his name. I was very impressed with everyone's hospitality. The hotel itself was like a movie set and made for a wonderful stay.

The Resort is simply put amazing. Everything about it is just perfect, from the location, the service, the team, the hygiene, the hospitality. I am traveling a lot and it was the first time i was treated like this me and my family. The location is in a date farm so the apartment is surrounded by palms and is a 10-minute drive to the main Al Ula locations Elephant Rock is 5 minutes. I would recommend for families or groups. There is loads of indoor and outdoor space and 2 ensuites which makes it great for kids. The staff were welcoming and helped us settle in. The chalet is as good as it looks in the pictures.

The Owner and Manager were awesome caring and checked uo on us. Great value for money good sleep and peaceful. It's a bit of a drive to the town but it's worth it. To put your outside lights of to a mountain range and sit under the stars was amazing. We will be back with family for a longer stay.
