The hotel was super clean and nice. The beds were comfy. The receptionist was very eager to help us. We enjoyed the bathroom as well, it was superior. When we turned off the lights in the bathrooms, they switched into night lights, which came handy. In the room every information was given on pre-printed booklets. The windows were old, but it was communicated on a sticker that it will be replaced in the near future.

exceeded my expectations. despite it being the Christmas season and almost nothing worked in Slovakia (except ski resorts), the hotel staff prepared all needed and provided all the advice for our comfortable stay. located also very convenient to reach the city center and ski resorts by car.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, and really enjoyed our stay int he 'Library Room'. The room was large and comfortable, and my daughter's stayed in the ante-room which could be fully closed off from the main bedroom (so she has a room of her own). The breaksfast was amazing and generous, with everything from hot options and cheeses/meats, to pancakes, fruit, yoghurts,etc. I can highly recommend also having dinner at the hotel: the food is excellent and sophisticated. The hotel is on a charming old town square with free parking right outside the doors. Its easy to get from the hotel to any number of locations nearby (the Tatras or Slovansky raj for hiking, Levoca for sightseeing etc.)

Brand new property, excellent wellness and pool, staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Hotel is close to the Paradise National park, so we could leave the car at the hotel and walk into the park via a separate trail. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were included in the price, and it was very good value for the price. The access to the waterpark areas was easy and convenient. And it was very convenient that the hotel gave bath robes for going in and out of the water areas. The place was clean and the staff were very nice. Highly recommend.
