There was good communication, and replies were always fast. Clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to get in. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and organised. Everything you need is there even in the kitchen, like a small job, panini press, cutlery etc. The bed is comfortable and everything in the apartment is very easy to sort and use. As a female traveller travelling alone in her 20s I felt very safe here. If I come back to the city I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The Apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures wonderful castle view perfect for watching sunrise and sunset , spotlessly clean , lots of lovely thoughtful small touches , quick and helpful responses from owners , they really are great hosts. Apartment is 10 mins walk from old town where all the bars and restaurants are , directly in front of the apartment is freedom square where you can paddle in the fountain on a hot day. 15 mins in a taxi from the airport. Also great price for city centre stay . Will absolutely recommend and be returning sometime.

The accommodation was excellent. It is well equipped and is especially suitable for guests with a car, as it has a secured space in the garage. The host is very kind and ready to help. The apartment is in a great location and all sights are accessible on foot. Suffice it to say we would come back again.

    The apartment is situated on top (5th) floor and no lift/elevator available, which is not indicated in their sales introduction, and we hardly managed our luggage upto the room; shower can easily spill water out of the bathroom which is doorless but open to toilet area; towels are dark colour and rough (see picture); bedding is uncomfortable and quilt/blankets are easily messed up between inside stuff and outer cover(see picture); no napkin tissues are provided on dining table; toilet papers are limited to 2 rolls for 7 days’ stay.
