Room came with clean working AC and a lovely balcony. Bathroom and bed sheets are clean with free tea and coffee inside the room. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The common area is relaxing, great view.

the staff, the hotel and all the facilities were great, there’s a lift too so you don’t need to carry bags up stairs. it was perhaps a little out of main centre but lovely and quiet nights sleep and a 7/11 and some eateries nearby. and tea/coffee in reception. the bed a little firmer than what I’m used to and but not so firm to put me off staying again. I walked to local night market and felt safe on my own it took around 15/20 mins but could easily have picked a taxi/grab. only stayed for 1 night but would have happily stayed longer.
