We stay here for the night just to visit some friends. Our favorite part was the garden! We loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and we got the pool view, which was really nice. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed us around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch. Would recommend.

Very nice room with an extremely confortable bed. It’s very clean and there is everything you need, including a small fridge and bottles of water (2 per day). Also a small balcony with a nice view. Also a swimming pool but didn’t try it. For the price it definitely worth it and I can only recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay at one love. The location is perfect! The historical sites are literally at the end of the road. There’s also a decent bar at the end of the road and a 7 eleven a couple of minutes walk away. I was welcomed very warmly and despite a mix up with booking.com I was given an upgrade to a private bungalow at no extra price. The hotel also offers breakfast and bike loans. Amazing staff and amazing place in the best location in Ayutthya and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on my next visit!

The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

This was an amazing place to stay in Ayutthaya. The staff was amazing and helped you with everything. The breakfast was great and very flexible for our liking. The bed was verry comfortabel, and clean. Also the location is great, next to a market and 10 minutes from the historical park. I would recommend this place for sure, and go back whenever I can.

    My favorite part was the garden!

    My favorite part was the garden! I loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and I got the pool view, which was really nice. They have a lot of amenities, including a pool and a cute cafe, Moakmai. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed me around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch.
