No breakfast available but kettle in room. I have seen complaints that the beds are too hard. These are standard firm Asian mattresses and not unusually hard. No problem sleeping, perfectly comfortable.

Really good and friendly English speaking staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Block out curtains very effective. Plenty of car parking. Good security. Now stayed twice and will go back. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. No lift but it wasn’t an issue for me. Restaurant at night is not open. Plenty of traditional Thai restaurants, coffee shops and laundromats in walking distance. Staff recommended Farang restaurants which were excellent but have to take a taxi or drive. One restaurant recommended was “Ricco Caf” which is one of the best I’ve ever been to in Thailand. Superb menu and wine list. International and fusion dishes. Great live band playing at a reasonably low volume
