Just outside town very tranquil pretty setting clean and good service from the staff. Good washing service also. Information on local social life and things to see can hire transport also. If you like dogs there are some nice ones there to keep your company not like street dogs.

Breakfast was good although offers were limited, the bed was comfy and large, shower stream very powerful, cleaniness around was ok, there is a big parking lot, the area is very quiet but it is necessary to have a car, or bike, to move around. Excellent WiFi.

everything and the 2 ladies at the reception where so nice and helpful i enjoy to the free bicycle in very good state

Other than the room door scratching the floor making it difficult to open, there really was nothing to complain about. A lift is a welcome feature and the staff was always smily and making you feel welcome. The location, in a small street, is quite and ten minutes walk from the Mekong. I'd go back there.
