Exceptional value for money, friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean and great location. We arrived in Surat Thani off the overnight train at 7am and we were accommodated with our rooms without prior notification. We also got a voucher for a free coffee.

the staff, the hotel and all the facilities were great, there’s a lift too so you don’t need to carry bags up stairs. it was perhaps a little out of main centre but lovely and quiet nights sleep and a 7/11 and some eateries nearby. and tea/coffee in reception. the bed a little firmer than what I’m used to and but not so firm to put me off staying again. I walked to local night market and felt safe on my own it took around 15/20 mins but could easily have picked a taxi/grab. only stayed for 1 night but would have happily stayed longer.

We needed a place to stay overnight in Surat Thani on the way from Bangkok to the islands and this hotel was everything you could need and more. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the staff went out of their way to help us arrange long distance transport, even though it was very last minute. Good breakfast was included. We booked it twice on separate occasions :)
