Everything was perfect. The pool is heated, the hotel is realy beautiful. Room was perfect size and we had one extra bed. Personal realy nice, they even gifted our children elephant key chains. They have nice free activities for children like making sope. We recomend this hotel to everyone

Stunning hotel with a welcoming staff and lobby. The mattress was literally the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. Despite concerns from some reviews about potential outside noise, I could hear a needle drop at night. I had the best 3-night sleep in Thailand here! The laundry service was a much-appreciated amenity after 10 days of travel. Perfect location; can’t wait to return.

Very relaxing and beautiful hotel! Staff were super kind and friendly, as well as the resident cats! Thai “Khao Tom” breakfast was delicious. Would have loved to stay more nights there but they sold out on most dates.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Friendly, welcoming, helpful and incredibly warm. Hotel well positioned close to many of key tourist attractions.     Lets start with the size of the room... Wowww it was huge probably the biggest hotel room ive stayed in, the bed was large and super comfortable, the room decor was beautiful and stylish and beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.
