Everything was perfect. Accommodations are brand new and very well maintained. Host are pur love, welcoming you as they would welcome you in their own house. Food is made by the host and is amazing. Our best place so far. The place not far from the main road made it a perfect place to end our loop, you'll find shops and more around.

Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature (go check out the nearby rice fields). The accommodation is new, clean and has everything you might want and more (the private bathtub, fridge in the room). The owner is extremely nice and wants you to have the best experience possible, including the homemade food he prepares. I have some dietary restrictions and he was able to accommodate to them. Super good traveler vibe. Together talks, meals fun etc. If you want to rest a bit from hectic, Asian cities it would be a perfect match. Also to hear the interesting stories from other travelers. PJ is amazing host. Take care of her guests like I guess no one in Chiang Mai province. There is possibility to make a volunteering. I didn't but it is fully recommendable. Staff was very happy about such opportunity. Remember that it is not a luxury place. Conditions are fine compared to the price. The room has enough space, it is not too warm nor too cold during the night. WiFi works but not perfectly in every area, but it's more about an experience.

It is a very great hotel. In a beautiful area. The view is fabulous. The room has everything you'll need. The staff are super great and nice and kind. The place is super cute! Yes , it is simple but it is clean and somehow comfy, the provided fliplops, tooth brush kit and the soap. We stayed at the second floor and there was no one else in the building (I think there are only 2 rooms total) so it was 100% privacy, the building is situated in a garden and there is a veranda where you can observe the garden. The lady who owns the place is very sweet, she was worried we are cold in the night and brought us a blanket and also cut for us some local fruit in the morning as compliment. It is a great way to see the local life. The lady speaks very good English and is open for conversation if you what to. I personally felt there very comfortable and good value for money.
