The place is beautifully furnished and meticulously cared for in every detail with high-level services and very friendly staff. For us, it was the perfect place to spend the holidays to detox from the routine. We had fantastic breakfasts, dinners, drinks, beautiful sunsets and a sweet cat around. All top-notch. Cozy place and such a sweet host taking good care of it! The location is very convenient. I had a really nice stay here ❤️ P.S. They don't serve breakfast during the low season but there's a nice restaurant with good breakfast options next door, and many other places around

I loved this place so much. Driving the last 200 meters up to Alisa’s from the main tarmac road brought you through local area with hens, children and lastly at the very end of the road to the garden of Eden, that Alisa and her husbond David had created with outmost care and imminent taste for beauty and tranquility. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, besides my own back home. The peacefulness at Alisa’s was only enhanced by the occasional hens, hornbills and other birds, but besides these natural sounds, Alisa was quiet and totally peaceful. Now with WiFi, possible to rent their scooter, they can arrange all kinds of tickets, including shuttle to Bangkok or the airport with pickup directly at Alisa’s. I visited all the beaches at Koh Chang, and besides Klong Kloi at the very south, then Kai Bai beach had a secluded and intimate charm, that the other beaches could not match. Watching the bathing elephants in the morning was an experience of delight, seeing how much these great creates enjoyed the refreshment. Alisa’s is totally new and not only spotless, but also in very delicate and soothing colors. David and Alisa kept a discretion to my second daily visitors, and always made sure to be indoor when I came home accompanied. The only minor little inconvenience, is that I had to drive 3-4 minutes in the morning to reach Kai Bai beach for a morning swim, but the reward was instant, almost entirely alone on this beautiful beach with its tranquil and warm water.

We traveled through the west coast of Koh Chang and Vayna was the absolute best hotel where we stayed. The staff are super friendly, made us feel like family, always available in case of questions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a huge swimming pool overlooking the sea. The beach is quiet, not crowded at all, very private. The neighborhood is very nice with shops, restaurants and a bit of nightlife. We were sad to leave, I would book a trip there again without any doubts.

We came 2 times to this hotel. Very nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, pool with slides. The staff was extremly nice. Good restaurants around. The beach was not that nice in the hotel area, so we stayed at pool.

The entire resort is right by the sea in the middle of a beautifully maintained garden. The pool is exactly as in the photos, with an amazing view of the sea and especially the sunset. The individual cabins are spacious enough, the air conditioning works great and the bathroom is very large with little things like shampoo, soaps. The terrace with seating is a bonus

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday. Roads are trecherous to drive, but the views are stunning. Beachfront resort with a nice pool, you have all you need! Some wonderful seafood buffets to uncover and a visit to one of the elephant camps will satisfy your urge to explore.

    A nice tropical island with white sand beaches, beautifull mountains, waterfalls and rainforests. Very civilized - plenty of shops, bars and restaurants for all kinds of foods and wallet thicknesses. You need to designate the season when to visit: I prefer rainy, or, as locals say "green", with rains every day but quiet and lush nature and no crowds to visit the paradice island.

    Probably what most of Thailand was like 25 years ago - limited beach front developments and no ugly high rise. Plenty of local places close to the hotel to go out to and eat. Not too busy at time of visit as coming into the low season. I would think that the queues to the ferry to get to-from the island must be pretty long during the high season which would be something to be aware of especially if flying out of Bangkok

    Love the island!

    Love the island! It reminds me of some the better parts of beachfront Mexico in the past. The Klong Plu Waterfall was also definitely a highlight, especially for a cooler dip when the ocean water is arguably "too warm".

    Napalai cooking school was hands down the best thing we did here! Bunny was amazing! The rest of our stay was brilliant also, depending where you stay and how confident you are on a scooter, could spend a week exploring the island

    Easy to get to from Bangkok via air or hire car with an excellent blend of nightlife and nature>>We checked out several hotels and all were up to speed on customer service and easy beach access. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and one child. The restaurants were top shelf with several sunset clubs offering DJ's and cocktails. The nature is accessible and taxi's can transport you to the best spots. Phone connectivity is great with 5G in all of the areas we visited. The Elephant park was fun, our grandson enjoyed feeding them though best to book ahead..

    I you seek for a relaxing stay at the beach, this is the right choice; located at a nice beach at the southern coast of Ko Chang, there is hardly nothing disturbing close by; some other resorts and hotels at the beach offer possibilities to have lunch/dinner there or take a short walk or ride to Bang Bao, anything else is a “longer ride”, right place to enjoy calm und peace; we were off season so just a few other guest and reduced service in means of no massage treatments or restaurant/bar opening hours

    Liked the comfortable rooms, good size and well furnished. Breakfast was great nice staff and great selection. Overall feel of the hotel was relaxed and friendly Children and adults enjoyed the pool. Only thing which is good to know before booking this hotel is the beach. Frontage of the beach for the hotel is rocky so swimming is not easy and especially at low tide but you can walk to a sandy beach close by to the hotel.

    I come to this hotel often. It is great every time. Love the beach front villa. And the staff is super helpful and friendly all the time. Worth mentioning the lady from the ticket booking office and the Rumanian very cool and kind guy from the front desk. Can’t wait to be back in October
