Full immersion with the kindest hosts we have ever experienced anywhere! The Thai couple running this small holiday resort welcomed us like family, cooked breakfast and dinner for us every day (better than at any restaurant!) and even showed us around the area (we were very lucky to be the only guests at that time during low season). The surroundings are so beautiful, completely in nature and feeling far from the touristy area (even though only a few minutes by scooter). We highly recommend to anyone who is willing to immerse themselves into Thai culture and don't want to be in the center of foreign mass tourism in Krabi. We will come back !

I stayed 2 nights in Aonang Inn. The staff was all the time really friendly and kind with me, i cannot ask more. The room was big and really comfortable with a nice terrace, with all the facilities (towels, soap, coffee, water, boiler...). The laundry service is really efective and the price to take the boat elsewhere unbeatable. In addition, close to the beach, restaurants and party area. Really glad to have stayed there, I really recommend it.

Blu monkey hub and hotel was a great experience over all. We spent three nights here. The room was very clean, modern and a good size. Good desk space if needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. The air con worked very well, you can adjust the temperature. A good washing and drying service and a good balcony space if needing to air dry clothes. A few clothes hangers in the room. Breakfast was basic but good enough for my liking. I used the treadmill in the gym each morning and it worked well. We were not moving onto the next destination until late in the evening and the staff were nice to let me use their pool after checkout and store our bags in the storage area.

Walking distance to town, cafés, night market and 7/11s. It has great wifi connection in rooms and lobby so it was not an issue joining teams and zoom meetings. Nearby cafes also offer good wifi and every table has power outlet! It has a great view outside and the place is very relaxing. The owner is very helpful in booking us tours and cabs and even pointing out which place would be great to dine.

We have only stayed one night but it was perfect: very friendly and helpful staff, nice big room with comfortable bed and very nice pool. The breakfast was also great: fresh salad, fruits, fried noodles , eggs, sausage, toast, lots of things to choose from. We could leave our luggage there after checking out for a few hours and even use the pool and the shower. The hotel is very close to the Mangrove walkway, nightmarket and everything you need in Krabi Town.

    It's a pretty rustic, typical old Thai town, the locals are lovely, peaceful people Krabi Airport :-Be sure to have some baht notes if you're taking a driver or taxi to your hotel- there are ATMs at Krabi airport but easier if you have cash The Friday & Saturday food markets are great for Thai foods of all sorts Take a long boat ride from along the riverside - a couple of hours touring the river and surrounds for 50 - 100 AUD Riverside Restaurant and Bar us a good place for dinner Blu Monkey is great little hotel

    Our location was remote, so we only went into town once in 7...

    Our location was remote, so we only went into town once in 7 days. But, we tried to get into town an extra day on the bikes,.... buy got lost for hours. Dooh! Having said tgat, we lived where we stayed as it was so relaxing.

    Great town, a variety of night markets, primarily for food. Clothing stores consisted of lots of tshirts, some gift options and sweet treats. Great to look around/eat/drink. A number of hostels, hotels available and a variety of trips on offer. More local than other areas visited.

    I just love krabi-town......all these fancy shops - all legal, by the way - malls,Supermarkets with real "parmesan -cheese" and more......awesome restaurants and hotels , night-market etc.....it's always good for a few days, you should take your time and not rush through it........

    Overall very good.

    Overall very good. The island tours and entrance fee to some places are a bit expensive. Food, people and shopping very good. Got some good deals on clothings and towel at the small supermarket at Krabi town.

    The Krabi River Hotel is a great location, right on the river walk, whether you’re staying in Krabi for a few days like us or just passing through. It is a 10 min easy walk to any of the three good night markets. It’s a 5 min walk to the Krabi high speed ferry pier or Longtail boats. 5 min walk to 7/11.

    Very clean, very calm, quiet air condition, relaxed vibe. Super friendly hosts. At this price really an excellent option to spend a night or a few to explore the Krabi area. Also I do love pink which helps a lot, as the walls are very intensely pink :) of course it is not a 5 star hotel, so the bed is pretty hard, as it is normal in Thailand (but super clean - which is much more important to me) and the bathroom is a simple one - but it has a toilet and a shower - so everything I needed. I would definitely come back here!

    Fantastic hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring the town, next to river and 15 min drive to Tiger cave temple. Very clean and great decor. Swimming pool was clean, great size and clearly well maintained. Great cafe with a selection of smoothies which were delicious! Umbrellas available to borrow. Small selection of clothing /bags at gift shop in reception.

    Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you . Rooms were nice and definitely value for money . Only down side was the hotel was a 20/25 min drive from the Ao Nang beach and the hall way had a not so pleasant smell . The hotel is above a cafe which does lovely food
