Very modern, comfortable and overall very nice hotel close to the airport, we slept very well on comfortable matresses, they have complementary breakfast tea and coffee, a nice pool, pool towels, and everything you could wish for. We were very impressed and loved it! You even have the opportunity to wash and use a kitchen.

It was too close to airport so I walk there.It took 5 mins walk.The room was on the first floor it is really nice that i didn’t have to carry my big luggages upstairs.I am so satisfied about the cleanliness and bigness of the room.And also there is 7eleven next to hotel which made me really happy.

The room room and toilet is very clean. There have a small fridge inside and the hotel have a lift if you stay in 3rd or 4th floor. The environment for me is very nice. I'm just stay here for transit due to my flight early in the morning and they provide a free shuttle to the airport terminal. Recommended this David Residence.

+ It's comfortable + It's clean + Close to the airport + And the staff is really nice + Plenty natural light in the room We could store our luggage for two days so that we could explore phuket with a motorcycle. Probably book another night upon arrival. Thanks SD Residence. --- we are traveling for 2+months and this was a really nice stay after a flight to Phuket.

    Go along where the restaurants and people are as it's the nicest there, or a tiny bit farther south along the shore. Closer to the airport and national park, the beach is very dirty and full of rubbish, although you can watch the airplanes take off. I loved eating at The Beach Restaurant Nai Yang. Right on the beach and reasonable prices.

    A very pleasant stay there without the noise and holiday trend that patong beach has. if you want a nice getaway this is the place to be I will go back again one day the airport is only 6 minutes by Bolt taxi and cost 120bht there are some nice eating places there to.

    From our experience its a great place to relax before heading home and handy that it is close to the airport. Although the beach wasn't as nice as when were had previously been in Feb a few years ago, I think this is the main thing we like about it plus all the restaurants on the beach.

    It is one of the very few places on the island that isn't over developed, however this won't last long. Not a place for people seeking late night entertainment, very much a family location as evidenced by the number of Vlad's army visitors. An excellent and extensive west facing beach. So if looking for a low impact and quiet holiday this is a very convenient place to come. It's barely 10 minutes from the airport and that can be a major benefit on an island with a crowded and under-developed road system.

    Noisy and crowded in peak season When tide was out has to walk a long way to get to deeper water for swimming. Sometimes struggled to find a sun bed Fantastic restaurants along the strip, spoilt for choice Lovely sunsets

    We stayed here just before leaving Thailand. It is great because it is not as busy as the other beaches in Thailand but it still has some restaurants and markets. Also a bit further at the beach near the airport you can see the airplanes flying over you when they land!

    We booked the hotel for one night before our flight leaving from Phuket International Airport early the next day. For that purpose the location was great. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle which worked very smoothly for us. The pricing for the hotel is also very reasonable. We used our time the day before to go to Nai Yang Beach, since you can see the airplanes landing at Phuket airport very up close. Beware: if you want to go to the beach it is in a National Park and costs 200 Baht entry per person if you are a foreigner.

    Nice comfortable hotel close to Phuket international airport, just few minutes by taxi or free shuttle bus. Rooms very clean, liked my pool aside suite especially-worth paying bit extra for luxury! Only annoying thing was poor wi-fi which seemed be out of line in many cases and spots at the hotel. I advised reception ladies to tell their manager a message wi-fi has to be good one as people need to stay online for work and contacts with friends. Hope they take this seriously and fix the problem soon

    Beautiful hotel in a perfect location just across the road from a beautiful beach with loads of restaurants to choose from. Very close to the airport and out of the way of the busy part of Phuket. Swim up room was amazing and the pool bar was a great touch. The staff were all helpful and smiling. Breakfast selection was really good.
