My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Cappadocia. We needed somewhere reasonably priced to stay as we had a late landing flight into the Kayseri airport. It's about a 12min drive from the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied.

Location Very friendly and welcoming staff Clean bedrooms with great facilities Lovely food and drinks in both restaurants Breakfast included in the room price and it was delicious Special mention to Tolga the reception manager.He was a fantastic !! The Bupa hotel is great value for money. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Everyday our water and tea/coffee was replaced. The staff is friendly and will do more than can be expected to make your stay comfortable. Location is about two kilometers from most attractions. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety and always fresh and replenished. Can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night as a family,.grand parents , parent , young adults. We had nice and big bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff was kind and helpful. Everything was easy. We used the pool and spa after a long flight and we enjoyed the cafe/restaurant, it was filled with locale and food was good. Breakfast in the rooftop café was excellent. Thank you very much
