Bitez is a lovely village in Bodrum.
Bitez is a lovely village in Bodrum. We stayed for a week at the start of November, as relatively frequent traveller to Turkey we are aware that many parts of the country are seasonal based and when the summer is finished, a lot of places will close and there might not be a lot to do for tourists. Bodrum is like this. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the restaurants/cafes in the center of Bitez village were open. We had a wonderful time here, even considering the time of year. We would recommend coming in summer more so that winter. However, it is still a very nice and relaxing place for a winter getaway.Guest review bybilly - 10.0

I'm a regular traveller to Turkey and Bodrum is definitely one of my favourite places in the country. In the last decade or so Bodrum has been getting exponentially more popular, and in the last 2 or 3 years especially, it has really become one of the go-to places. If you are looking for a place that is tourist friendly whilst also maintaining a strong cultural background. Bodrum is incomparible. Bitez is a great place in Bodrum, well priced and the businesses here hold themself to a very high standard due to an increased competition in recent years. Didn't explore too much of Bitez, stayed close to the main bitez beach the whole time. Lovely neighbourhood, feels very safe. Bitez is situated very well for easy travel to other major points of Bodrum which is great if you plan on venturing out a bit.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

There are lots of private, hidden beaches in Bitez that...
There are lots of private, hidden beaches in Bitez that require a light hike to get to. Having an entire beach to yourself is so tranquil. I highly HIGHLY recommend hiking out to a hidden beach for a day. Other highlights from our trip include a boat trip (must do) and a trip to Bodrum's old town/marina.Guest review byAnonymous

We enjoyed every moment. Though not everyone was speaking English but all did their best to assist and deliver what we asked for. Doris Beach club is also extremely nice; you can use a very comfortable shuttle bus that goes and comes back every hour during open hours or drive by car and use vallet service there. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, the beach next to it is accessible and has some of the best waters. Enjoyed my stay a lot. My room was upgraded free of charge, and man did I enjoy my room. It was spacious, big, and had a separate living area. It came with two TVs that I didn't use much, but it was good to have that. Due to nature relief (Bodrum is quite hilly) the way from the beach will be up the hill. You can reach Gumbet beach and city center by bus. The bus stop located in 3 minutes walk.
