I liked the calmness, cleanliness, and location in the center of Istanbul. I have stayed in the hotel more than 4 times. A cafe and a restaurant have been added. There is parking and elevators. I thank the employee Ahmed very much. He helped me a lot and the staff are all friendly.

The hotel design is cozy n luxury which is suitable for someone looking for quiet luxury hotel style. The butler service offered bely the hotel is excellent. Mr Bilal who is my butler delivered a high standard, professional, helpful n warm service to me. He arranged a little birthday surprise for friend. he provided clear n detailed information n advices for my question on my travelling. Even I had left the hotel, he still extended his warm n friendly services by providing extra information for my stay in Fethiye. I felt the stay is warm n happy. I would also like to thank you Mr Gokay for his relaxed n happy attitude .
