Family run hotel ideally located in a small bay with sandy beach. Cristal clear water! Very comfortable and spacious rooms overlooking the see. Great beds. Cool and relaxed atmosphere with personalized service. The owners are very hospitable people. We felt right away at home! Can’t wait to return!

We stayed for 2 nights and we quite liked our stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed talking with Mr Feza. The view from the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was quite sufficient. I loved the location of the hotel, it was very close to the beach. The live music didn't reach too much to our room at 2nd floor so it was also convenient to have a good sleep. I would say price/performance ratio was perfect

The staff were so kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel feels safe and privileged. You can also have breakfast in the rooftop and the foods are so fresh and the service is very nice. Location of the hotel is also very nice just 50-100 meters away from the port. Rooms are extremely clean. Hotel also feels really safe. Inside of the hotel building only the customers can enter with a card.

Friendly family run hotel. We had half board option which was very good value for the money. Food was good with plenty available. Swimming pool was clean. Hotel right by the beach with free sunbeds. Room spacious with balcony, Aircon and fridge. Staff speak limited English as the hotel is in a Turkish resort town rather than a very international touristy one. However all very friendly and helpful. There is also a snack bar on site.

Perfect location for a quiet family vacation: -quiet and peaceful neighbourhood -nice sandbeach within a 5-minute walk -famous Mavi Koi Beach at about 15 walk, Ciftlik Beach (10 min by minibus, bus stop right opposite Lavanda Motel) and Altyn Kum Beach (12 min by minibus, parting from Iskele Square) also near NB Some minibuses accept cards, no cash) - Avsa Adasi nightlife available at about 15 min walking distance, a number of nice restaurants right at the sand beach frontline, live music etc. NB Several balik restaurants with nice fish and good value4money figures , e.g. Meril Restaurant - nice promenade with excellent variety of kebab-gusleme-lahancun--kufte-burek etc. places, for every purse and appetite - icecream stalls! With friendly guys serving dondurma in a kavun (melon)! - a number of minimarkets with everything you might need, right on our way from the beach to the hotel. NB Airan! We gonna miss it back home))) The hotel itself looks nice and stylish, lavanda growing in the yard, present on the room numbers and table cloth. - perfect breakfast - a right-format meal served upon request, done by an exellent cook.
